Dare I say it? Sleep?!?!

I can't believe I can say this, but we're actually getting some sleep now! Ooops, now I've jinxed it I'm sure. For the past two nights, both babies have had a long stretch of sleep - the first night was 6 hours and last night was 7 hours! Last night Bailey went from eating at 8 p.m. to getting up at 4 a.m. Wow. Now if we actually went to bed at 8 p.m. we would have enjoyed a full night of sleep ASAP. Let's see if tonight is a repeat performance.

Otherwise, the twins are doing well. They are now over 2 months old and smiling like crazy. Zoe smiled before Bailey did, but only beat him by a day. But not to be outdone, Bailey has started laughing - and Zoe hasn't been able to yet. Bailey has also been rolling from his tummy to his back - but we're wondering if it's because his head starts to tilt and the rest of him goes along. LOL!

At their 2 month check-up, Bailey was 12-1/2 lbs. and Zoe was 9-1/2 lbs. Both have umbilical hernias but Zoe's is much bigger. The doctor said that they wouldn't consider doing surgery until she's 5 years old in case it corrects itself. Also, Zoe has reflux (poor thing!). We're hoping it starts getting better, otherwise she may end up on medication for it. The brave duo also got their first shots (which we were not expecting, but Zoe was big enough to get them!).

And as promised, here's some of the latest pics of the two...I've tried to capture their smiles:

Cute aren't they?! I can't wait until they are sitting on their own!!
